In 2018, he was honored with the illustrated book "Pilze, Eine Gallerie" which was selected as one of the 25 most beautiful German books by the Buchkunst Foundation Frankfurt. In his series Lost, the subjects are fleeting and barely recognizable. The intention is to create space within our memories to allow our own voyeuristic experience to take shape. The accompanied soundscapes are recorded directly from the scenes in the picture. This serves as the only clue to the viewer experience. The combination creates an imaginary journey into the past. These exact moments are fleeting.
He currently lives and works near Düsseldorf and in Switzerland.
